Strell Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility Requirements There are no specific criteria or restrictions for affiliates to join the Strell Affiliate Program. Any individual or entity can apply.

2. Application Process To join the Strell Affiliate Program, applicants must sign up at the following link: Affiliate Signup. Approval is automatic upon completion of the signup process.

3. Commission Structure Affiliates will earn a 40% commission on all qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate links. The commission is subject to a minimum payout threshold of $100. Commissions are paid out monthly in the first week of the month.

4. Promotional Guidelines Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in brand bidding, which includes bidding on keywords that include the Strell brand name or variations thereof in search engine marketing (SEM) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.

5. Termination Policy Strell reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of any terms outlined in this agreement
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Misrepresentation of the Strell brand

6. Intellectual Property Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Strell trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property solely for the purpose of promoting Strell products and services. Affiliates must use the provided marketing materials in compliance with any branding guidelines issued by Strell.

7. Modification of Terms Strell reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the affiliate to regularly review these terms. Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of any changes made to these terms.

8. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the respective countries in which affiliates operate.

9. Liability and Indemnification Strell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold Strell, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and employees harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorney's fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of affiliate's breach of these terms and conditions or any violation of applicable law.

10. Confidentiality Affiliates agree to keep confidential any and all business, technical, or financial information that they may acquire from Strell during the course of their participation in the affiliate program. This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of the affiliate's participation in the program.
